Golf Tournment

Im going to try to explain the golf tournament to you- because its probably not what ya'll are thinking. Its called a Million Dollar Shoot off and come the final round anyone who gets awhole in 1 will win a $Million....so heres how it goes Pictures should help ;0)

They come in and regester they have to state that the are 18 or older and not a pro golfer :oP and then they purchuse how many balls they want (the guy below is buying his golf balls) They are then given colored balls in the amount that they bought- so this guy bought 30 balls (he really did :P) so he was given 30 black balls

They then come over to where I was working...they are hitting from a mat to a 15 diameter circle that is 60 yards away. The goal is get your as many balls as you can into that circle. In order to qualify for the next round you have to get at least one ball in.
(picture: them lined up wacking the balls :P)

(this guy was taking it very seriously and yet he was given pink balls to hit :P)

Once everyone was done hitting- I send the judges out to count the balls in the circle and they radio in how many of each color ball- the guy above got 11 out of 20 in the circle so he would then get 11 shots at the next round

The next round is them hitting from 140 yards away into a hole- how many balls they got into the circle in the round before is how many balls they get in this round...this guy had 18 shots

Then the judges will come out and measure the balls with in the pin- the top 25 then go into a shot off I believe- this is all thats taken place thus far so the rest still doesn't totally make sense to me

The red head in the green and white shirt at the end of the day had the closest hit he was with in 6ft of the pin...he's also only 18 which made him the youngest to hit- hehe I found that funny

So that was my day yesterday- I worked from 1:30 to 9pm there and then we went and cleaned the dcn... I'm working again tonight from 4pm till Dusk :P Its summer dusk is between 8 and 9 pm :P
