At this moment I am sitting outside- the sky is perfectly blue with perfectly white fluffy clouds floating around, a nice cool breeze and I smell something sweet and flowery but don't know where its coming from we dont have any flowers planted in the backyard (or front for that matter)- its just perfect out- aww I feel so relaxed...only thing that is tainting this is I can hear the races that are just a couple miles away but even then Im use to it enough that if I just zone out I dont notice it... I need to fill my ice tea glass up but Im to comfy.
Im reclined on the swing in our backyard with my laptop in my lap- I was actually expecting it to be hard to see the screen but its not to bad I was thinking Im going to miss days like this but I just got off the phone with dad- now everyone don't fall out of your chairs when I tell you this but its 83 degrees in Anchorage right now and to me that sounds wonderful- chances are there is a beautiful breeze coming off the ocean, I dont imagin its humid - and everywhere you look there are going to be mountains...sounds perfect to me... I love water its very peaceful and everything but I love the mountains more...don't ask me to explain I just do....sigh...If I'd let myself I could easly take a peaceful nap right here...
I wasn't enjoying my time alone earlier in the day- the house just seemed so quite and big and empty- Im glade I decided to go outside and take some pictures - I had intentions of going for walk but well like I said Im reclined in a swing- so you all can imagin I didn't get to far...
I'm sorry ya'll Im rambling...I hope you all have a wonderful evening

Sounds absolutely wonderful! Is there room on that swing for me? Unfortunately, the walk I was about to take got cancelled because huge rain drops started pelting me from the sky. I'll wait until it stops. I need to deliver a thank you note to a neighbor, so I'll eventually get out of the basement.
Wow! It is really nice in Anchorage, they must be dying of heat exhaustion, the natives that is. ~hee hee~ I don't think that it got that warm while we were there, although low 70's felt pretty good after a few days. I'm glad that the weather is gorgeous for your parents and Bro. Bobby so that they can enjoy their time there and have something to look forward to when the moves take place.
I need to correct that- my dad said 83 but Micah and Matthew said it was in the mid 70's so maybe its some where inbetween :P
Plus remember this is Alaska- 70's-80's there doesn't feel like 70-80's down there or even here
Ok there has never been any doubt about going to Alaska for me- a couple small fears but there in God's hands and I trust that He'll take care of those but anyway as I was reading that earlier I got chills of excitement- You just discribed what I would consider paradise on earth...
It will be my parents 25 anniversary by the time we get up there and the 3 of us have talked about saving up some money so that they can get away for a day or two and I think Steward would be the perfect place for them to go- I believe Josh Grant told me thats also where you would go to see the Whales...
I'm honestly in awe just like my parents and Im not even there right now... :o)
