Ok yesterday was spent unpacking- my room is uh well I guess almost done I've got alot of clothes to figure out how to make work.
Like I said in a comment to Jessy I'll take a picture of our house as soon as its back to pretty again hehe- our front porch is covered with all of empty boxes that have been broke down. Its nice to be breaking down the boxes instead of putting them together. I do believe the kitchen is all done, the living room is on its way- we still dont have couch or recliner or anything like that so its not totally done. Micah came over last night and had supper with us and he got put to work :D of coarse hehe- he helped hang all of our pictures. His photography skills really helped actually. I sat in my chair in the middle of the livingroom where we get the best internet signal and mom would be like can I have a second opinion and I'd get up in look and give my opinion and sit back down - I'm such great help- hehe
Mom, dad, Jobe and I went to walmart yesterday and I got my make shift dresser -its a 3 shelf metal rack and then 3 plastic stackable drawers so hopefully between hanging as much up and then this I can make it all work. I got sheets for my bed - I now have a twin bed instead of a queen ( I haven't slept in it yet so I dont know if its better then my old bed or not haha) Saving on money I'm using one of Joleesa's comforters and bed skirts from when she had the twin bed and I just replaced the sheets. I was actually shocked to find one of her many that I actually liked. She likes bright colors and funky patterns and I don't I like things warm and cozy. I know Megan said she likes a room where its impossible to be depressed well I like a room that is calm and comfortable and girly which I dont know how you can get depressed by that. I don't have closet doors right now but our landlady is the process of getting them. She was going to get white ones to match the ones in Joleesa's room but she couldn't find them and was going to have to order them. I really didnt want white closet doors so I asked if possibly she could get the wood ones like that are in mom and dads room and she it didnt matter to her :D yay! I love not having panneling but the walls are really white in my room and to add white doors on the closet too I was afraid I'd feel like I was in an asslym. The colors in my room are cream, maroon and like a color darker then sage- I'll probably be able to get a picture of it today- other then my closet and updating the pictures in my picture frames my room is pretty much done.
We met our neighbors - the wife and the 3 girls- they are younger girls 6,8, and 10 so that will be fun- I dont remember the ladies name and I hope the girls have nicknames because I can't even began to say to know how to pronounce them lol they are sweet and it was really easy to know which was the out going one and which one was shy and the oldest one seemed not to really care lol
Our house is still purple and will always be purple we have no option of painting it- but its okay its growing on me. There are other colored houses like this in our neighbor hood so it doesnt feel odd. Though we have white, tan, and blue duplexes around our house so ours does stick out.
Josh came over a little later in the evening once all the work was done lol and then Jessa, Joleesa, Micah and Josh went on a coffee and movie run - I stayed up for a little bit but unlike Jessa and Jobe I didnt take a nap so I went to bed way before the movie was over and didnt not join in on the late night party - I'm sure it will be one of MANY!!!!
Tonight is our first wednesday night service here in Anchorage. For my family its actually the first wednesday night service in probably 8 years. I'm excited to have a weekday service and I'm actually hoping that we can also have like a sepurate night for the youth each week. I don't know what dad will do or who will be our VLB leader but whoever it is I know several of us really want this so we'll be begging :D
My Uncle Kelly and my cousin Caleb head out this evening to go back to MN- My uncle keeps saying he's going back to his planet that he's been on a different planet this whole time *rolls eyes and laughs*
well I am going to go pick up my bedding from Jobe's room because I'll be able to sleep in my room tonight and I'm gonna try to finish my room today and get pictures I'm liking the way its turning out. Micah really helped me yesterday with putting boxes of mine into the crawel space, hanging pictures, and putting things on selfs for me so I could stand back and see what I thought- he's good at putting up with my pickyness though I'm sure he'll be happy when Im settled and he doesnt have me calling him from the living room "Micah I need you can you come help" lol
I'm fighting whatever it is that is going around- I woke up with a horrible cough and sore throat. I'm praying that it doesn't stick around. I know dad is sick, and I know several others that are as well. I'm praying for you- its not fun being sick
well its off to work I go
Love you all

Darren is feeling better this morning. I am slowly on the mend. I don't feel too bad, I just sound really rough when I talk. I've got to quickly shake this though, we hit the road again on Monday. How's your Dad doing?
You sound so HAPPY! *big smile*
It's great that you guys are getting all settled in and putting my brother to work! lol It is going to be nice to hear what he is up to from time to time. :) Enjoy your weekday service tonight!
Dad still is sick -when he was preaching tonight I could tell his throat is still bothering and I know he was coughing this morning. Poor thing... we were praying for Darren and you- glad to hear both of you are doing better...
I think the cough and soar throat was just a morning thing but the headaches have been sense the assembly and I know its probably stress and lack of sleep but its still painful
I am happy- I don't feel alone for once- I have wonderful friends but they've always been states away and its so nice to have people around. I thank God for it so much...
Your brother has made himself at home there for he is family and gets put to work like family hehe- I would say he'll end up doing dishes soon but we now have a dishwashers so I doubt it lol
Yeah! A dishwasher!!! You guys are going to love it (and Micah too!) I know I love mine and am soooo thankful for it.
All I can say is...you are both so blessed to have dishwashers. I would love to have one again. Oh well...I'll be grateful that my husband and sons are taking their turns at doing the dishes and I don't have to do them every night anymore. ~smile~
First thing dad said when he saw the dishwasher was "I finelly have a dishwasher that doesnt complain" mom for years has wanted a dishwasher and dad has always said why we have 3 :P
So we love the dishwasher :)
