You asked about the MPA...that is the Missionary Partnership Alliance. The offerings are sent in to GHQ and then $300 is sent to each of the National Overseers to help with their ministerial expenses. I don't know who your Regional WMB leader is but she should have information on it.
Oh I know what that is duh Jenna- I just wasnt thinking very hard. I saw MPA and was like huh *rolls eyes at self*
