HO HO HO

Dad, Jessa and I shopped till we dropped for serious I think we are all tired. I only have one small gift left to get. Dad survived the 5th Ave. Mall and I believe even enjoyed it. Well maybe he didn't enjoy the shopping part but enjoyed the time with his two oldest daughters. I know I didn't enjoy the packed mall but really enjoyed the time with dad. After awhile Jessa split off to get her gifts for all of us and it left me and dad. Dad shopped right along side of me. Went into several stores with me in search of the gift I wanted to get Jessa and finely found at Nordstrom's. He followed me through clothing stores and even helped me pick out my new winter coat. I was specific that it had to be Columbia. If I was going to be spending money on a new coat I wanted one that was going to last and one that will be warm enough. The warm enough wasn't so hard to find. It was more finding one I like and that had the double layer so I would also have a Spring coat. I tried on a couple and dad gave his input but then he found this one and it was to the T what I was wanting. I love it!!! It fits perfectly, there is room to wear a sweatshirt with it but not look to big without one. All I need now is black snow pants and Im set to go for some playing in the snow. HeHe I got a few other things at the mall too. Dad should break "Man Law" more often it was really fun. We left the mall having gotten Mom her gifts(gifts from dad and gifts from me) and I got Jessa her gift.

Then we met up with Mom and Joleesa and I got the ham for the Church potluck, Josh's gift, Joleesa's gift and me a shirt hehe. All and all it was a really fun tiring day.

Then I came home and watched Elf- such a corny movie lol and now Im sprawled out on the couch debating on wither to climb in to bed and sleep or not.

Nevermind Mom just reminded me I have my service tomorrow and so Ive got to work on that... I didn't forget about my service- I have been working on it but I need to finish it before I go to bed- we've got our Christmas potluck tomorrow after church and so I wont have the afternoon to finish off. Off to work I go

I'll leave you with one last picture. Its from last Sunday at the VLB Christmas party. It was Matt's last night before he headed back up to the slope and its been a few months sense Ive had a picture taken with him. I love it!
