A Rather Perfect Day

Today started off by me getting up at 8:45 which is still sleeping in for me but not really. Mom cleaned the living room and I did the kitchen and bathroom. Then we headed to get Joleesa from work and brought her home.

Then it was off to go shopping I got a white long sleeve shirt that was originally $22 for $9.99, I got a belted boot skirt(the long skirts that you wear with knee high leather boots) that was $36 for $18. I was looking for the leather boots but I'm very picky about which ones I want. I want ones with a 2 1/2"-3" thin square heel that have a square toe to them not pointy or round toe. Though I would take pointy but not round. I just haven't found any that I like. They are all thick small heels. I won't get any until I find the right ones. I mean if you are going to go for that fashion you need to do it right j/k I'm just picky is all. I did find one pair that was exactly what I was wanting but brown I almost got them but I really want black. So I'll keep looking.

The awesomest (thats not a word I know) sale was Dad's Christmas gift. I got it on sale for $66 off SWEET!!!

Then we went and thats right I got my hair cut. I LOVE IT!!!

This is a picture of me last night. Typical hairstyle for me the last couple months was either in a pony tail or curled. Mostly I'd curl it and with in a few hours it would end up in a pony tail. What can I say I was sick of my hair.


This isn't the best of pictures of me but the whole point was to show you how straight and flat my hair was...

I kept the length which shouldn't surprise anyone but the layers go super super short... I've got long "bangs" I think they are a bit longer then a proper definition of bangs but oh well. This probably doesn't show the hair cut off the best. I've got better pictures on my camera but I've lost my cord and dad is using his laptop (its the only one with a built in card reader) So more pictures to come...

After that I came home and chilled out until Josh, Kristian, Dan and Brittany came over and we partied it up real hard with a game of Catch Phrase, pizza and water :P After awhile Brittany and Kristian had to take off and we popped in "She's The Man" hilarious movie with a really good looking guy in it. I'll have to post pictures of Dan and Kristian wrestling it was to funny

I love my hair cut and the shopping and the party but the best part of the day was when the mail arrived. I got one of Sis. Tammi's beautifully made cards. It was a thank you card for the thank you (hehe) I sent down with Bro. Grant to give to them few weeks ago. I've got a picture of it that once I find my cord I'll be able to post it. Thank you Sis. Tammi for the card. You put so much work and love into it, in to everything. Sending you both hugs.

It truelly has been a pretty great day- "A Rather Perfect Day"- A wonderful card, time spent with my mom shopping (great sales), a good hair day hehe, time spent with my friends. I'm so thankful! God is So Good!! (I'm sounding like my mom hehe)
