I opened a can of worms by asking a few friends if I should cut my hair knowing one would say yes and was stunned when others agreed...so what do you guys think cut it short like this
or keep it long like this...

i think having it short like that would make you look older
i agree.. its hair.. it'll grow back
Long is so much prettier, feminine and versatile!
Take it from someone who recently faced that decision...keep it long...you will miss it more than you know. Yes, it does grow back...but...while it is growing...you will be found constantly muttering..."why did I do that? UGH!" ~grin~ In spite of the fact that I really needed to get all the burnt ends off...I should have stuck with a trim and maybe a restructuring of the cut so the bangs could grow back...but...ultimately...it is your call. You get stuck with the consequences and the shoulda-woulda-coulda's.
I really like the long hair personally, but this is coming from a guy who shaves he's head bald :)
According to the pictures both look good on you. I might try something in between them both that way it would not be too long or too short. Then again I am another guy who keeps his hair real short.
I don't know Jenna...your hair is so beautiful long the way it is, yet your hair is cute and sassy short! :-P *sigh* What to choose, what to choose...
Dad says that long hair shows your beauty, I have always like it when my daughters keep their hair long, and I love the bottom pic, "if you love your DAD thing keep it long"
Jenna, I like your hair short but it's beautiful long. I have to agree with your dad.
Ok now mom speaks. Beauty or sassiness...I go for the beauty. I can hear you complaining if you cut it. "I can't put it up, I can't curl it, I WISH I HAD MY LONG HAIR BACK!"
I love it long, that is like in the bottom picture, not with your bangs hanging in your eyes...Please don't cut it.
Ok, i am old enough to know that in the end you will do what you want to do so my ten minutes of typing a two minute comment will not matter. :0)
I came to Nashvill with the full intent of having my very close friend and hair dresser to cut the thing off! (My hair.)
It feels long and stringy and very unfashionable.
In the process of our nightmare flight delay and reservation wrecks because of the flight delays, I found out that my husband likes my hair.
Hmm ... Go figure! The things we discuss while we are stressed!
My reasoning for keeping the mop.
1. The apple of my eye and hero thinks its beautiful. (Ok, so maybe its been a while since he had his eyes checked.)
2. It makes me feel all "mothery" when the kids play with it. (I guess that fits what Sis. Smith was saying about the girly feel.)
3. It does keep my ears warm.
4. The Bible does say that long hair is a women's glory. (paraphrased) So I thought with the way some things are going right now anything in the glory department would help!
5. I like pretty bows!
Hope this helps!
