Mom and Daughter Day

Mom picked me up at the apartment at noon. Our agenda to shop :D and oh boy did we shop.

We got downtown and ate one of the amazing hot dog stands. The Ducks joined us for lunch it was such a bummer I didn't have my camera. They were pretty ducks. After that we walked around the Ship Creek Center after that we went to a craft show where I got some cool hair things. When then went shopping and shopping we did. I don't know if you all remember me telling you about a HUGE international convention (International Whaling Commission) that will be at the Captain Cook. Well I wanted to get some new clothes somethings a bit more businessy not that what I wear now isn't its just pretty much the same things I wear to church.

JcPenny was having a huge sale I walked aways saving a grand total of $231. Its always nice to save more then I pay.

Outfit #1- This is the best - I got the suit which is originally about $190 and I got it for $70.88 and the shirt wasn't on sale :( it was $20 but it to is worth it.





Outfit #2- I do need to get the coat taken in- it fits perfectly in the shoulders but is a little to wide in the waste. There is an alternate to this- I a pair of brown pants. The skirt was $50 :S a little pricey but the jacket was $0.88 so it kind of balances and the pants were $15.99

I also got a new pair of brown shoes- ones a bit more comfy and smaller heels and I also got a bigger purse. So I can carry the things to work w/ out bringing my laptop bag. It will make it easier going through Security in May

We then went grocery shopping, then went to Fred Myers and got us a grill and had us a some BQQ Ribs on the grill.

I had a wonderful time with mom, we both were so done with shopping by the time we left though hehe

I had a good counseling session with a friend- he had some very good words of wisdom for me and I appreciate what he told me. I had promised Tim and Joleesa that I would join them for roasting marshmallows so I had to cut the conversation short but it was okay. We had a good time laughing... I of coarse have pictures and video clips to upload and I'll share them with you. Joleesa is a hoot and a holler so the video clips are great lol.

I'm tired and smell like smoke so I'm gonna head on home. Today was a great day :D
