Plays well with feathers? NO Plays well with others. Sunday was so much fun and so laid back. After church, the baby dedication and the potluck (lots of yummy food and even yummier desserts) I pulled out my computer and Darren asked if it had Garage Band on it. I said of coarse (comes standard on all Macs) that led to a couple hours of listening to music he had created and listening to cds from his cd collection. One of the last ones we listened to was some Canadian Musician. Darren handed it to me to put in the computer and said "he plays well with others" I busted out laughing I was like ooookay... well that was the name of the cd. Sis Tammi heard "he plays well with feathers" her and I were both laughing so hard. It was just silly but it felt so good to laugh. Then Darren had the best idea of the night.... OLIVE GARDEN!!! I haven't had Olive Garden and soooo very long. That was great fun both me and the waitress learned what a T Totaler was the waitress loved that. I had classic lasagna and a peach bellini and the best company in the world. We got back I checked in to my flights and said good night to Bro. Ray. Darren then came out with his guitar and played a couple songs. He is a talented young man both as a musician and as a writer.
I love acoustic music and so I was selecting some of the music on my computer and he was playing right along with it and a good portion of the songs he had never heard before. When my battery died on my computer we called it a night because I had to be to the airport by 4:30 :S
I know I'm doing this rather backwards Saturday my flight from Seattle came in just a little after 8 (there was only 9 people on the flight- that was weird) We went to Denny's where Bro. Ray discovered green coffee we told him he needed green eggs and ham to go with it hehe turns out they have this color sugar for the kids that some how Bro. Ray got a hold of and it turned his coffee green lol. Then it was off to shop. I got to see several of the stores I really missed. Didn't go into them because I didn't have the luggage space nor the money to spend so it was just easier not go in hehe. We went to this cool place called Daiso Japan- Sis Tammi would be telling me about something and I'd quickly get distracted by other things hehe. Bro. Ray is much like my dad and doesn't enjoy shopping but he endured it for us ladies. Then it was to the house to eat lunch and for me to change (lots of talking in between all of that) and then it was off to see the town and to take pictures. I love Sedro Wolley it was almost - ALMOST like someone took WI and AK and put them together to create this beautiful cozy city. You had the mountains and the ocean that makes Alaska so beautiful but then you also have the lush green trees- REAL TREES- not these Dr. Suess trees we have up here and lush green fields, and flowers and farms that made WI so beautiful.
When people see my ringo they're gonna see lots of trees, lots of flowers, and even a cow. I really enjoyed walking along the beach- all the rocks and drift wood. The day was perfect- not to hot not cold and being out side gave me a break from my allergies. I know that confused Sis. Tammi- here it is the out doors are causing my allergies but while I'm actually outside I have a break from it but as soon as I was in the car or store or the house I would go back to sneezing and sniffling. It was so easy to relax being out there. I loved it!!
We got home and Bro. Ray had fixed Bagogi- oh my was it good and spicey- my mouth was burning but that didn't stop me from seconds. Then Sis Tammi and I did some baking. I made a Chocolate bunt cake (I think I spelled that right) and then we were going to dip strawberries in chocolate but Sis. Tammi had to finish the cheese cake first. I made the mistake of sitting down- I fell asleep and when I woke up I thought it had only been for a few minutes but she had everything finished. I felt bad but I have to admit I was pretty tired.
I enjoyed myself so much and I felt very much at home. Bro and Sis Adams hold a very special place in my heart. Its been a weekend I'll never forget and I'm not saying that to be dramatic either. But I am really tired and I think I have a head cold setting in so I'm gonna get some rest to try to get rid of both those.

Beautiful pictures! Well, except for the one with Darren. I wouldn't describe that one as beautiful exactly. ;)
Nah, Darren's never been very beautiful. "Darling" is a better word! HA! I'm sure he'd LOVE that!!! ;-)
Sounds like you had a GREAT trip--I'm so happy for you!!! And the pictures really are beautiful. Especially that last one--it looks almost fake! Like a movie set or something! Very cool.
