The first objective Saturday evening -yes Evening- Here a look at Alaska after 8pm- I'm serious
Okay first objective was for Jo to get her fathers day gift for dad which were Ford mud flaps for his truck. That ment going to Muldoon (for those that don't know that still part of Anchorage) This is one of the views of the now green mountains. Its rather odd not seeing them covered in Snow. They looked so majestic with all the snow. Now they have a softness to them. Its just makes being outside relaxing.
Then it was off to play some mini golf. There may not be night in the Land of The Mid Night Sun but that doesn't mean things stay open. There is very little to do after 9p.m. but we discovered mini golf is one of the few activities available to partake in. As you can see by the smiles it was great fun.
There was some rather odd coarse layouts but it just added to the fun of it all

One of the odd things was in the corner was this cute little cabin. I loved it but wondered why on earth it was at a mini golf coarse.

Its a totally different experience being here during the summer.... but I have to say I love it 100000000000000000000000000000000000000 x more then being here in the winter :-)

Even a overcast cloudy day in Alaska is still beauitful

Alaska is very beautiful. I am having a hard time getting use to the light all night.
Nice pictures.
A :p
I am too. I am not a night person, but I have a hard time MAKING myself go to bed when it looks likes it's only afternoon outside. UGH! But how beautiful it is and Anchorage has flowers EVERYWHERE.
What beauty. And what fun! I think it's just plain selfish for you to be hogging both beauty AND fun. ;-)
I'm assuming you didn't get my e-mail since I never heard back from you. (My e-mail just doesn't LIKE your e-mail for some reason. Or maybe it's the other way around. ???) Anyway, I was just wondering if you could send me some contact info for Matthew -- phone number, e-mail address, mailing address. Anything would be great!
NEVERMIND!!! I just discovered the e-mail that you sent a few days ago! Apparently James must've been at the computer when it came in and since it wasn't highlighted and several messages have arrived since then, I just never saw it. SORRY! And THANK YOU for the info!!!
Jenna,
Thank you for the card and kind words. You are very blessed to have the father you have and I know he feels the same about his daughters.
Thanks again, your the best!
